Village of Grogan’s Mill
Nestled within towering trees and situated along winding cul-de-sacs, the homes in The Woodlands’ original Village of Grogan’s Mill have the distinction of being part of the “Historic District.” The scenic Millbend Loop is a great place for a morning walk or jog and The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center is a regional attraction with its “Forest Oasis Waterscape.” Two golf courses, The Oaks daily fee course and The East Course, part of The Woodlands Country Club, are located in Grogan’s Mill.

• Recreation – The Forest Oasis Waterscape™ at The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center features a double helix water slide, and separate swimming areas for children and adults with the adjoining “Blue Water Café” and other attractions. The Waterscape is surrounded by Fairway Pines, an enclave of deluxe guestrooms at The Resort.
