Village of Creekside Park in The Woodlands, Texas

The Village of Creekside Park is the ninth residential village in The Woodlands, the state’s number one master-planned community. The planned 7,100 families who move to the Village of Creekside Park will benefit from the village’s many amenities including the George Mitchell Nature Preserve and the village’s proximity to Houston. Designed as an intersection of nature and modern convenience, the Village of Creekside Park is an ideal community for relocation.

Shopping and Dining
Like the other villages in The Woodlands, the Village of Creekside Park will feature a village center to serve the area’s shopping and dining needs. The center will house a grocery store, a pharmacy, several restaurants, and a variety of other convenient shops and service providers. The center is scheduled to open soon.

Parks and Recreation
A myriad of adventures await the families relocating to Creekside Park. Residents can relax and rejuvenate outdoors at Lake Paloma, along Spring Creek or inside the 1,700-acre George Mitchell Nature Preserve, where visitors can hike, kayak, bird watch and mountain bike. For hot-weather fun, The Rob Fleming Acquatic Center hosts a three-lane swimming pool, an interactive play structure, a 500-foot lazy river, a two-story flume slide, and a plunge pool. The adjacent Rob Fleming Park includes a fishing pond, play area and stage. The Village of Creekside Park will also house a brand-new YMCA with a Health and Wellness Center, a Women’s Health Center, a 15-acre day camp, and a tee-pee village with tree houses.

Living
Creekside Park plans to have 7,100 residences on 3,492 acres. The current plan breaks the residences down into approximately 4,750 single family homes, 1,500 multi-family residences and 308 custom and estate homes in the gated community of Carlton Woods Creekside. Along single family homes, multi-family residences and luxury homes, the village is also planning to develop an active adult community for residents 55 years of age and older.

Schools, Health, Transportation
The children of the Village of Creekside Park will be served by the highly regarded Tomball Independent School District. The district plans to build two new schools in the village. The village will also include a number of preschools and childcare facilities. Commended private schools such as The Woodlands Preparatory School, Cunae International School, St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School, and The John Cooper School are easily accessible to the community as well. To fill the continuing education and job training needs of local residents, Lone Star College is planning a satellite campus near Kuykendahl Road. Hike and bike trails in the George Mitchell Natural Preserve will connect the community’s schools, parks and village shopping center.
