Real Estate Market Report in The Woodlands, TX for February 2009 vs February 2008

Here is some information on SOLD homes priced from $500,000 +.  All information was obtained through HAR (Houston Association of Realtors).

Today, HAR, came out with a report for the Overall Houston area:  (see below for The Woodlands Report)  "Overall February property sales fell 25.9 percent compared to February 2008, and sales of single-family homes declined by 24.6 percent, according to new monthly data prepared by the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR)."
