With the growing demand for crisis assistance from individuals and families within South Montgomery County, Interfaith of The Woodlands announced that they have extended their office hours on Wednesday evenings to help people in crisis.

“Effective immediately, Interfaith of The Woodlands Family Services Department will assist individuals and families in crisis until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesdays,” shared Dr. Ann Snyder, President and CEO of Interfaith of The Woodlands. “As the overwhelming need for assistance continues to grow, this is a great opportunity for us to respectfully assist more individuals.”
Interfaith Family Services’ mission is to provide community support for individuals and families in crisis. Family Services assistance programs include direct financial assistance for rent and utilities, emergency transitional shelter, prescription assistance, gasoline vouchers, food from the food pantry, and clothing assistance from the Hand Me Up Shop. Interfaith also offers annual assistance with school supplies and holiday gifts.

Interfaith of The Woodlands’ normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
